CALL-Centre consultancy CallCentric is offering a £500 reward to anyone who refers successful candidates to the Windsor-based company’s expanding team.
CallCentric has vacancies for 150 customer relations and technical consultants who are qualified in Siebel, Clarify or CTI to join its professional services division.
Managing director David Berger said: “The aim of offering a bounty payment is to encourage a flood of potential new employees.
“This enables us to cherry-pick the highest quality staff and expand our consultant base.”
The initiative is part of the company’s plan to increase its team of call-centre specialists and technicians to 200 by the end of the year.
CallCentric advises SME and FTSE-100 businesses on call-centre technology and operation.
Its list of clients includes Lloyds TSB, Credit Suisse and Latvia Telecomm, and it is looking to add travel companies to its portfolio.
