Sainsbury’s is to promote EasyJet flights as the carrier signed up for Nectar, the country’s largest loyalty programme.
The partnership is backed by Nectar founding partner Sainsbury’s, which will run in-store promotional activity as well as other direct marketing initiatives.
Nectar points will be able to be exchanged for flights with the budget carrier from March 22.
Other travel brands that accept Nectar points include Eurostar, Expedia, Venice Simplon Orient-Express and Lonely Planet.
