n avro launches two summer routes



Avro has announced two new routes for its summer 2000 programme. On May 3, a weekly Birmingham to Fuerteventura service begins while on May 4, flights will begin operating from Bristol to Arrecife.



n new egyptair flight widens holiday range



Specialist operator Discover Egypt is offering customers a range of holidays based on its new direct flight from Manchester to Luxor. The Egyptair flight will start on September 26.



n vfb holidays in champagne deal



French specialist VFB Holidays is offering four nights for the price of three at its France a la Carte hotels in the Champagne region. A four-nightself-drive stay costs £233 per person including dinner, breakfast and Channel crossing.



n cosmos ups capacity on kenya programmes



Cosmos has increase flight capacity on its winter and summer programme to Kenya. Senior product manager David Binns said that improved security has led to an increase in demand. “Although sales for Kenya have been poor over the past few years, the current summer programme was sold out by the end of March and this has continued into winter and summer 2000,” he said.



n crystal ski adds new east midlands service



Crystal Ski has introduced flights to Turin from East Midlands airport for winter 1999/2000. The service starts in December 1999 and operates through to April 2000. It brings the number of ski routes available from the regional airport to five.
