A webinar on developing emotional resilience is being run for travel professionals to help them cope in the current crisis.
The hour-long session has been put together by Awaken Coaching founder Beverley Jones and has been tailored specially for the travel industry during Mental Health Awareness Week.
Any travel professionals can join and listen to the talk by Jones, which is free and takes place at 2pm on May 22.
She will share tips on how to cope with anxiety, challenges, and improve self-care and transition out of isolation.
The session has been organised by travel public relations firm Three Little Birds PR. Founder Sheila Manzano said: “Over the last seven weeks everyone I have spoken to has said how desperately worried they are about the long term for the tourism and hospitality sectors, and whilst we as an industry are collectively hopeful and remaining positive, it struck me how many people are fighting personal fears and becoming increasingly worried about the security of work.
“Mental Health Awareness Week is the appropriate time to support those who are struggling, frightened or just need a little extra comfort, direction and the assurance they are not alone in their concerns”.
