Cosmos and Globus has unveiled nine new tours in North America to destinations that “other tour companies don’t visit”.
The sister tour operators’ Undiscovered North America range features trips ranging from eight to 14 days featuring national parks, ‘emerging cities’ and ‘tiny, historic towns’.
Globus’ eight-day Bourbon, Bridles & Bluegrass tour heads to Kentucky, where guests will visit a Lexington thoroughbred horse farm, Louisville, Nashville and Chattanooga.
A ten-day Globus New England & The Hudson Valley tour with Globus kicks off in Boston and heads to Salem and on to coastal Maine, rural New Hampshire and mountainous Vermont.
Cosmos’ Exploring the Pacific Northwest is a nine-day tour featuring Seattle and Portland, as well as the Bavarian village of Leavenworth, coastal city of Astoria, a dune buggy ride along the Oregon Coast a visit to Lake Placid, and Sleepy Hollow setting Tarrytown.
Other additions include the 11-day Globus Quebec In Dept with the Gaspe Peninsula; 12-day Cosmos Alaska & the Yukon; 14-day Cosmos Historic Trails & Blue Ridge Mountains; and 13-day Cosmos Western Canada with Inside Passage.
“On our Undiscovered North America holidays we will take globetrotters down the less-travelled highways, legendary lanes and scenic country roads to the special places and parks other tour companies don’t visit,” said Janet Parton, UK sales and marketing director for the Globus family of brands. “These itineraries help travellers discover the world’s tucked-away towns, lesser-known nooks and secluded seafronts for an unforgettable – and unique – holiday.”
The companies are currently offering a 10% discount on 2021 Globus North America tours.
