Best Western: lead in for Christmas breaks is £175 per person for two nights at the Best Western Ardsley House Hotel and Health Club.
Wallace Arnold: the coach operator is reporting a virtual sell-out for its UK millennium programme. Some availability is left on tours to Oban in Scotland from the North and Midlands. The four-day tour costs £499.
Sunvil UK: the operator is offering the Pale Hall Country House Hotel in North Wales which is seeking £25,000 as its private hire fee from December 30 to January 2. The price is £781.25 per person for a booking of 32 people, full-board.
Butlins: millennium breaks at Butlin’s Bognor Regis centre are sold out but there is still limited availability at Minehead and Skegness. A four-night break leads in at £297 per adult and £148.50 per child.
Superbreak: millennium breaks include three nights’ bed and breakfast at the Portman Hotel in London for £299. The package includes entrance to the Millennium Dome on January 2.
Acorn Activities: the operator which has a thriving business catering for stag and hen groups on a budget is using the same bunk-bed accommodation in pubs for millennium party nights. The cost is £50 a person including dinner and dancing.
