Marriott International
Fam-Tastic programme
Agents have to complete a training programme to become a Hotel Sales Specialist. You will be sent a total of five Fam-Tastic certificates, which can each be used for a maximum one-room four-night stay, at any one of Marriott’s 1,700 hotels.
However, travel agencies must conform to Marriott’s Ratio Policy, which requires agencies to book more rooms at the regular rate than at the special agents’ rate. The current programme is available until December of this year.
