EL AL has extended the suspension of its flights until July 31.
Confirmation by the Israeli carrier came as reports from the country claimed all aircraft had been ordered to return to base.
El Al is in dispute with pilots over its finances.
The airline is in advanced stages of reaching an agreement over state aid but still needs approval of workers and unions, The Jerusalem Post reported.
El Al said: “As a result of the current situation, EL AL’s customer service call centre is closed.
“We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
“Due to the special circumstances surrounding the coronavirus, the Israeli Ministry of Health prevents entry into Israel by non-Israeli/foreign citizens from several countries.
“All flight tickets for cancelled flights are currently frozen, and you will be able to use them in the future.”
