Arrivals in Egypt can pay for Covid-19 test

The Egyptian State Tourist Office says that passengers arriving at four airports in Egypt can now pay for a Covid-19 test if they do not have a certificate showing a negative result.

The statement from the tourist board said the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority has told all airlines operating to Hurghada, Sharm el Sheikh, Marsa Alam and Taba airports that all arriving passengers can have a PCR test for coronavirus upon their arrival.

It will cost $30 and will be required for travellers who do not provide a certificate showing a Covid-19 test with a negative result, performed with 72 hours before the flight.
