Gray Dawes has beefed up its female senior management team with a new financial controller/company secretary.
Nicola Cousins joins the Colchester-based independent travel management company from First Data where she was finance manager.
The TMC has also promoted operations manager Nikki Regan to operations director, while Sue Tasker, who joined the company in January, becomes sales and account management director.
Completing the all female senior team is Suzanne Cockburn, who was appointed chief executive in May. This demonstrates that there is no ‘glass ceiling’ at Gray Dawes, the company said.
Chairman Peter Inchcape said: “This new team structure and change in job titles better reflects the level of responsibility attached to these roles and truly demonstrates the key focus of the company’s overall business strategy.”
