Center Parcs has reported improved results across its four UK holiday villages with a profit of £26.8 million, up from £19.5 million.
Figures for the year to April show sales up by £10 million to £290.5 million.
The company, owned by private equity group Blackstone, saw guest numbers stable at around 1.6 million with an average annual occupancy of 96.3%.
The increased profit was attributed to increased use of top end accommodation and newly-introduced tree houses at its Sherwood Forest site.
