Cosmos has brought out its first Stay & Explore UK escorted tours which offer accommodation at one centrally located hotel.
The tour operator’s new tour concept is based on a recent survey which showed customers wanted more one-stop escorted tours that did not involve flying or moving from hotel to hotel, but still had the benefits of touring.
Its new range of Stay & Explore UK escorted tours are all based at four-star hotels in locations including Yorkshire, the Scottish Highlands and Jersey.
The tours are limited to 24 customers and include a tour director.
They include a six-day Heart of England tour staying in Stratford-upon-Avon from £559, departing on April 18.
Highlights include a walking tour and free time in Stratford, a visit to Warwick Castle and a walking tour of Oxford.
Other tours in the new range include a six-day Yorkshire Explorer in York, from £585; a six-day Scottish Highland Explorer in Inverness from £635; and a six-day Jersey Island Discovery in St Helier from £679.
The operator is offering savings of £150 per couple for bookings made before February 28, 2021, with no single supplement to pay on the first four passengers on each departure date.
Its 2021 peace of mind travel plan is complimentary with all 2021 bookings and allows clients the flexibility to move holidays to any other 2021 or 2022 date, destination, itinerary or brand with the operator’s portfolio for free as long as any amendment is made before the final payment date.
