Kuoni is expanding its presence in Namibia with the purchase of land arrangements company Royal Tours for an undisclosed sum.
Royal Tours generated turnover of CHF1.4 million in the 2010/11 financial year and Kuoni is taking on its four employees.
The company’s former owner will continue to manage Royal Tours’ operations. She will also take over management of Private Safaris Namibia, which handles Kuoni’s existing activities in Namibia.
Royal Tours specialises in all types of holiday and travel services within Namibia with its most important markets being Germany and Belgium.
