Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have announced four new Greek routes for summer 21.
New weekly services include flights and holidays to Kefalonia, Santorini and Skiathos from Newcastle Newcastle as well as Skiathos from East Midlands airport.
Jet2 said it has seen “strong demand” for Greece in summer 2021. It will operate flights to 14 destinations in the country next year from its 10 UK bases.
The announcement represents almost 30,000 additional seats on sale to Greece and comes a week after the airline and operator announced the launch of its Bristol base for next year.
Chief executive Steve Heapy said: “Demand from customers and independent travel agents in both regions is telling us that flights and holidays to Greece are very much in demand for Summer 21.
“As ever, we are responding quickly to that demand to give customers even more choice from Newcastle and East Midlands Airports. Kefalonia, Skiathos and Santorini are magical destinations, and we know their appeal, coupled with our award-winning customer experience, will make them extremely popular from Newcastle and East Midlands airports.”
