Disney Cruise Line returning to Europe

Disney Cruise Line is returning to Europe in summer 2013 with the ship Disney Magic operating fly-cruises from Barcelona.

The 1,750-passenger vessel is to run a range of four, seven and 12-night itineraries.

Athens has been added as a new destination together with an overnight stop in Venice and visits to Croatia, Ephesus and the Greek islands.

The company also announced that sister ship Disney Wonder is to operate from Miami for the first time from December with four and five-night sailings to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean.

Ports of call include Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Key West and Nassau. Many of the Caribbean voyages will include a stop at Disney Cruise Line’s private island, Castaway Cay.

Disney Wonder will return to Alaska in May 2013, departing from Vancouver and sailing to Tracy Arm, Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan.
