Key Travel, a business travel specialist for the non-profit sector, has acquired Delta Travel for an undisclosed sum.
The move will enable the travel management company to expand its services in the academic sector.
Delta Travel, with offices in Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester, has almost 40 years’ experience in providing specialist business travel services to academic, commercial and public sector organisations.
The TMC has established strong links with a number of universities including Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester, as well as working with schools, colleges and public authorities across the UK.
Key Travel CEO Steve Summers said: “We are looking forward to welcoming the well-regarded Delta team and their customers to the enlarged Key Travel family.
