Multiple booking incentives lead Holland America Line wave push

Seven incentives lead Holland America Line’s wave season booking promotion.

Cabin upgrades and free airline connections for selected European fly-cruises are included.

Free or reduced child places, deposits cut by 50%, 10% discounts on shore excursions, a night’s free speciality dining and a drinks package are also part of the offer.

Tips will be included in bookings made by January 5 as part of the ‘View & Verandah’ promotion which runs until the end of February.

HAL claims savings of up to $3,800 per cabin, depending on the length of cruise and category booked.

UK and Ireland managing director Lynn Narraway said: “This is now the time to encourage your clients to plan and book their 2021 – and even 2022 holiday.

“These seven incredible added-value extras provide an excellent incentive for guests to look forward to a premium holiday next year, and our ‘book with confidence’ policy allows them to cancel up to 30 days prior to their cruise and receive a future cruise credit for the full value of that cruise.

“Plus, as a thank you to our valued travel partners for all your support this year, we are still offering a bonus 2% commission for any 2021 Alaska and Europe bookings made by 31 December 2020.”

A sample seven-night Norwegian fjords cruise from Amsterdam on new ship Rotterdam, which enters service in August 2021, starts at £1,069 with the offers included.
