CAPPADOCIA is the destination for Turkey’s third International Meetings and Incentive Travel Exchange due to take place next month.
The conference has been jointly organised by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB) and Turkish Airlines.
It will include an exhibition, presentations, workshops and an open forum for delegates. Speakers have yet to be announced, but will include representatives from meetings and incentive organisations, industry buyers and the Turkish Tourist Office. Familiarisation trips have been planned for delegates to several Turkish places of interest, including Pamukkale, Ephesus, Antalya, Istanbul and Konya.
A spokesman for TURSAB said:”The prime objective of the event is to focus on Turkey as the ideal venue for association conventions, corporate and company meetings, exhibitions, incentive travel, international congress and related events.
Cappadocia, where the event is being held, is famous for its chimney-cave formations and underground cities and is a popular tourist attraction for holidaymakers to Turkey.
The event is being held from October 14 to 17. The first 100 guests to apply will be hosted to the event free of charge.
