Trailfinders has made a further donation of £5 million to its charitable arm, The Mike Gooley Trailfinders Charity, named after its founder.
The agency said in a statement: “Despite the pandemic, Trailfinders is pleased and proud to announce a further donation of £5 million to The Mike Gooley Trailfinders Charity, taking these gifts past the landmark of £75 million since 1995.
“With the recovery in international travel we can all hope to go on to the next benchmark of £100 million of charitable donations.”
Over the past 25 years, the charity has supported medical research, military veterans, sport and youth activities and community projects.
Among these are donations of almost £11 million to cancer charities, £5 million to Alzheimer’s charities and £1.2 million to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
