Kuoni Retail national sales manager Helen Roberts said: “We believe there is huge untapped demand in the UK from holidaymakers who want to sit down with an educated travel consultant who can help them get under the skin of a destination and showcase the wide variety of colourful travel options before booking.

“So we have opened 21 stunning stores up and down the country and designed them with real flair to give a sense of the exotic and far flung places.

“In this way Kuoni’s personal travel experts can get customers excited by their travels from the moment they step inside our stores.

“The new dynamic retail team are now in situ to give full support our travel experts around the UK, so that they are better able to bring alive the holiday before it is taken and to ensure that our customers receive the best experience in-store”.
