ICE swoops for 1st4cruising.com and Voyana

Online cruise retailers 1st4cruising.com and Voyana.com have been bought by global fulfilment and loyalty programme specialist International Cruise & Excursions (ICE) Europe.


The deal, for an undisclosed sum is for the Leicester-based brands’ websites and databases owned by holding company Total Travel Leisure Holdings (TTLH).


Operations will be transferred to ICE’s administrative headquarters in Kettering and customer contact centre in Cork, Ireland.


Warren Joy, ICE senior vice president for Europe said: “Everything will look and feel the same and we aim to provide a seamless transition for both existing customers and cruise suppliers, many of whom have enjoyed excellent, long-standing relationships with ICE.


“1st4cruising.com and Voyana.com drive sales of around £15million per annum with a loyal customer base. We will be able to service these clients using our proven customer relationship management systems and introduce them to a wider range of holiday options through our established loyalty reward schemes.”


1st4cruising.com claims to have more than 100,000 customers while sister brand Voyana has been retailing bespoke luxury cruises to clients for 25 years.


TTLH was formed in May 2011 when the former parent of 1st4cruising.com Totally Travel went into administration.


ICE has a global network of travel alliances including top corporations, resorts, cruise lines, and leisure travel providers.


It provides cruise and travel programmes, unique membership reward and loyalty programmes, as well as cruise and vacation fulfilment services to major corporate brands serving more than 55 million consumers worldwide.
