Freedom Travel Group member White Sand Weddings has ceased trading.
The Kent-based travel agency specialised in wedding abroad and employed around five people.
Travel Weekly understands staff were told on Thursday that the company was to cease trading.
All forward bookings will be protected by the Freedom Travel Group.
A spokesperson for Freedom said: “We’re sorry to see White Sands Weddings has ceased trading however all customer bookings are safe and will continue as booked.
“Atol protection is one of the biggest benefits provided to members who join the Freedom consortia, therefore we will pick up everything and have already written to customers, suppliers and industry bodies.”
