Television’s Hotel Inspector Alex Polizzi has been lined up as one of the headline speakers at the Ace Columbus Day conference in Birmingham in September.
Polizzi, the granddaughter of the founder of the Forte hotel group who also helps failing business in BBC2’s The Fixer, joins Royal Caribbean International president Adam Goldstein as confirmed speakers for the event.
Columbus Day is aimed at senior managers and is the second part of the annual Cruise Convention, which has for the first time been split from the Sell More Cruise event for shop floor agents held in Southampton in May.
Taking the theme Think Differently, Columbus Day will give a more strategic insight into how their businesses can tap into the opportunities the cruise sector offers.
Between Ace’s two landmark events this year it will have hosted 800 delegates, double last year’s numbers.
