Swan Hellenic is expanding its river cruise programme for 2013 with the introduction of sailings on Dutch waterways.
The company is to use the 79-passenger vessel Royal Crown on two new itineraries based on departures from Amsterdam.
The new sailings will complement cruises sailing on the Rhone and Danube on board the A-Rosa fleet of ships.
Sales and marketing director Geoff Lawrence said: “Over 60% of our ocean cruise passengers have told us that they want to try a river cruise and we are confident that both our existing and potential new customers will welcome the additions to the 2013 programme.
“The Royal Crown is one of the finest river cruising vessels in Europe which, with the existing 2013 river cruises, allows us to offer our passengers a choice of different river cruising products and different destinations.”
New eight-day cruises in Holland start at £2,250 per person including flights from London, shore excursions, gratuities and meals.
