New Celebrity Cruises ship Celebrity Reflection embarks on a trade preview sailing today ahead of entering commercial service.
The fifth and final ship in the line’s Solstice class of vessels is to operate a two-day promotional sailing from Amsterdam for travel partners and European media.
The 3,030-passenger ship will then run three Mediterranean cruises from Barcelona before crossing the Atlantic to begin its first Caribbean season.
Celebrity Reflection will be named on December 1 in Miami, with four godmothers – all of them employees of the company whose lives have been touched by breast cancer – presiding over the ceremony.
The first seven-night Caribbean cruise is due to depart from Miami on December 5.
