BritishAirways is set to relaunch Gatwick services to the Yugoslavian capital Belgrade after a flight ban on the country is lifted. BA pulled off the route last year after the European Union banned flights due to the Kosovo crisis. The EU is set to lift the ban later this month.

Preferential Insurance is developing an extranet site for travel agents providing selling tips on insurance, destinations and links to the Foreign Office Web site. The travel insurer is using its annual questionnaire to establish travel agent needs. Once the information is compiled the site will be developed.
