I looked online before ringing this agent and was pleased to find lots of information about Cancun and nearby excursions on the easy-to-navigate website.
My first call went to answerphone, but a second try was answered quickly by an engaging agent. It was a surprisingly short conversation, but the agent emailed two recommendations within a couple of hours – an ocean view suite at The Royal Cancun for £1,472, or a sea view room at the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun for £1,398 – both all-inclusive with flights and transfers.
The dates and airline weren’t specified, but she included links and details about the hotels which convinced me they’d be right for my holiday. I usually book in person and was a bit wary of a phone consultation, but the one-to-one care from this polite and efficient agent has definitely changed my mind.
