Online agency On the Beach is to take on 70 new staff next year as part of major expansion plans.
New employees will be assigned to sales and service departments to deal with the increasing demand in bookings.
The company aims to increase the number of customers from 750,000 to one million in 2013 on the back of a record breaking year.
On the Beach is also looking to invest in its marketing and IT departments next year with a major push in its brand proposition in the pipeline.
The existing workforce has doubled in size in just two years and the agency has moved from Didsbury in Manchester to a larger office in Cheadle, Stockport.
Marketing director Alistair Daly said: “The team are thrilled with our new offices and this new larger space gives us the opportunity to grow our business over the coming years.
“On the Beach is growing rapidly every year and we are proud to be in the strong position of hiring more staff, particularly at this difficult time for the economy where job security is not always certain.”
