This shop was very welcoming, with an enticing window display and a smiling agent who offered to help as soon as I entered.
She was very focused on getting the right break at the right price, listening carefully before recommending the Palma Rima Bungalows in Kololi from the Airtours Far & Away brochure, at £1,766 for two people staying all-inclusive for 14 nights, and flying from Gatwick on February 4.
She gave me lots of information about the hotel facilities, but was a little vague on the surrounding area.
She gently encouraged me to book quickly, and suggested adding travel insurance and an airport hotel as the flight was leaving quite early, but without pressuring me to book.
This was an exceptionally good service from an upbeat and attentive agent. If I had really been in the market for a holiday, this agency would have won my business.
