Name:Roger Flowers.
Age: 36.
Title: commercial manager, cruise.
Company: Thomas Cook.
Comments: “The opportunity to make your own restaurant reservations and have an alternative to formal dining is good. The show lounge looks more like a London theatre than the facilities on other ships I have seen. The ship is ideal for younger customers through to the most experienced cruisers. It’s as good if not better than a hotel on land.”
Name: Frank Dullop.
Age: 67.
Title: managing director.
Company: Cruise Club International.
Comments: “The company has aimed at a four-star market and hit it right on the head. I think the decor is excellent, but I do think the cabins are a bit small. the quality of the ship is so high that it’s let down a bit by the size of the cabins. I would sell this ship to someone new to cruising or someone who has been on an Airtours or Thomson cruise and wants something different.”
