Hoseasons managing director Pali Badwal is moving to India to take up a new role within Hoseasons’ parent company Wyndham Worldwide as managing director of RCI India.
He will be replaced by Simon Altham, who has worked for Hoseasons for eight years and will report in to managing director of The Hoseasons Group, Geoff Cowley.
Altham will be responsible for managing and running the Hoseasons business in Lowestoft supported by shared functions across The Hoseasons Group.
His new responsibilities will include overseeing the on-going growth of the UK portfolio, travel trade relationships, contact centre operations and new product development.
Badwal will be moving to India to oversee the regional operation of RCI, the timeshare and vacation exchange company.
Cowley said: “I’m delighted to have appointed Simon to the role, as I know he has the specific expertise, owner relationships and industry experience to help the business grow and provide consumers with great UK holidays.”
