NOMINATIONS to stand for the new ABTA Board and Council of Regions close this week as the association prepares to move into a new era.
Of the 18 board places, 16 are up for grabs with the remaining two seats taken by the chairman and vice-chairman of the council of regions. All 11 seats on the new council are vacant with one member from each of the ABTA regions elected onto the body.
The board will meet six times a year with the council of regions expected to convene four times annually.
Nomination forms must reach Newman Street by 5pm on Wednesday.
