Celebrity replaces three Asia cruises in 2015

Three 12 and 14-night sailings in Asia by Celebrity Cruises’ ship Celebrity Century have been cancelled to re-position the ship to Europe for the 2015 summer season.

Passengers booked on the Asia cruises originally due to depart on March 22, April 5 and 17, 2015, are being contacted and offered the opportunity to sail on two new cruises from Singapore to Dubai or Dubai to Rome or 12 remaining itineraries in Asia on Celebrity Century or Celebrity Millennium (pictured).

The new itineraries – a 14-night sailing from Singapore to Dubai departing on March 22, and a 15-night Suez Canal cruise from Dubai to Rome (Civitavecchia) on April 5 – have been put together as the ship re-positions to the Mediterranean.

The two cruises can be combined for a 29-night journey from Singapore to Rome.

Passengers who opt to re-book will be able to do so at the lowest available rate if moving to selected sailings in the same level of accommodation and will receive onboard credit of $200 per cabin or $400 per suite, the company said.
