Former vice chairman of Carnival Corporation, Howard Frank, has been appointed as chairman of Costa Cruises.
In his role Frank will support Michael Thamm, chief executive of the cruise line.
Last November Frank stepped down after 25 years with Carnival Corporation to serve as an advisor to Micky Arison, chairman, and Arnold Donald, chief executive.
Frank is also the chairman of the executive committee of the Cruise Lines International Association (Clia).
