Agency consortium Advantage Travel Partnership has announced the times and venues for its three upcoming Frontliner events for selling staff.
The free one-day training events are designed to improve agents’ customer service, marketing and sales skills, and last year more than 150 agents attended.
The next three events will be held on March 26 in Belfast, April 1 in London and April 2 in Manchester.
Mark Rowe, head of marketing at Advantage, said: “Every delegate who attended our first Frontliner events, and provided their feedback, rated it either good or excellent.
“Customer service is key for independent agents and Advantage is keen to ensure our members are the best they can be by providing training opportunities for all frontline staff.”
