This supports the organisation’s sustainability vision – to make travel experiences special while minimising environmental impact, respecting culture and people and bringing economic benefits to communities.
The plan comprises a three-year sustainability strategy to significantly integrate environmental and social principles into the way it does business.
This involves and empowers staff to take action on sustainability – from senior level commitment through to creative and innovative initiatives.
Judges looked for entrants to demonstrate the role HR has played in the strategy and execution of CSR initiatives.
Shortlisted applications showed how CSR is making a difference to employees and the business through measurable results.
