Passenger traffic at Air France-KLM rose by 3.1% in August, led by long-haul flights to Asia and the Americas.

The passenger load factor rose 1.1 percentage points to 89% as carryings reached 7.3 million.

The airline said the month saw “continued disciplined capacity growth” together with increased traffic and load factor.
