MSC Cruises has launched a mobile app for Apple and Android devices.
The MSC Cruises, Holidays and Travel app gives users access to information about their trip and news from the cruise line.
It also includes virtual tours, live webcam feeds and photos of the 12 ships in the fleet.
Users will be able to call the MSC contact centre directly from the app. Following future updates customers will be able to trace their nearest agent so they can make a booking with a ‘find your agent’ feature, which will use GPS to track the location of an MSC specialist agent.
