Instant real-time information for Ryanair’s 1,600 daily flights is being provided via a new Twitter account.
Users who follow @RyanairFlights can send their flight number by direct message and will receive an instant update on the status of the flight.
The initiative is the latest in a line of customer improvements introduced by the carrier.
A spokesman said: “Over 100,000 people already follow our official @Ryanair Twitter account for the latest Ryanair news, special fare offers and dedicated customer service and we look forward to rolling out further digital innovations, as we continue to offer so much more than just the lowest fares.”
