The ASEAN Tourism Forum 2001 will be held in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam from January 18-24. It’s theme will be ASEAN: Pinnacle of Tourism Excellence.
n singapore opens new visitor centre Singapore has opened a new visitors’ centre in Suntec City, from where many of the city’s tour buses depart. As well as providing tourist information and merchandise, the centre acts as a booking office for tours and shows. It replaces the tourist centre in Raffles hotel which closed.
