BOB Dowdall, corporate travel manager at American Express Europe, will be elected vice-president of the Scottish Passenger Agents Association at its annual general meeting in November. Dowdall, pictured with president-elect Val Foylan who recommended him for the post, will also take over the convenorship of the SPAAmillennium dinner.
