TWO TRAVELcompanies have had separate complaints upheld by the Advertising Standards Authority.
The ASAupheld a complaint against Air New Zealand after an advert claimed to offer “the world’s most comfortable business class”.
An objection was also made against a Page and Moy holiday to Hawaii offering “two weeks from £899, third week free.”
The complainant said he had booked the holiday at the £899 price and found Page and Moy later were advertising a two-week holiday to the same hotel for £679. The complainant questioned whether the third week was free. The company said it had separate deals for the two holidays.
