The Bookable Holidays brand has been revived after the assets of the failed online agent were acquired by Travel Up.
The deal has been struck with administrators KRE, with former Bookable director Craig Ashford also joining Travel Up as head of group sales and marketing.
Bookableholidays.com will become the fourth brand in the Travel Up group, joining Travel Up, Bravo Travel and Magic Holidays.
Bookable Holidays failed on October 14, with its managing director Jason Dwyer blaming the burden of red tape and regulation.
However, it was among a group of online agents dropped by Teletext Holidays, its key source of leads, after Teletext struck an exclusive deal with Truly Travel in November 2013.
Travel Up said it expected to retain a number of key members of staff from Bookable Holidays in addition to Ashford.
A Travel Up/Bookable Holidays call centre has begun operations and the bookableholidays.com website has also been reactivated.
Ali Shah, managing director of Travel Up Group, said: “I am delighted to bring the Bookableholidays.com brand into the group and to add it to our growing portfolio.
“Bookableholidays.com will bring a wealth of knowledge and a well-established, loyal consumer database, in turn improving our business growth and product base for both new and existing customers.”
He added: “With the cutting-edge technology and vision currently in place within the Travel Up Group, I am confident we can develop the brand further and create a successful business that we can be proud of.”
Travel Up Group has become established over the last 10 years in the seat-only sector, supplying airfares to more than 290,000 passengers annually.
In 2011 Bravo Travel, which offers holidays in Latin America, joined the group.
Magic Holidays was launched in January 2014 with a focus on offering bespoke holidays to Florida and other parts of the US.
