Four new Kuoni travel shops are due to open before the turn-of-year peak booking period to bring the total number of outlets up to 35.
Two of the new stores will be Kuoni at John Lewis concessions, the first of which opened last Saturday at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.
Kuoni at John Lewis Norwich will open this Saturday.
The two other shops will be in High Wycombe, opening on December 13, followed by Chester on January 15.
A total of 14 new staff have been recruited to work across the new stores.
Staff will handle webchat enquiries from the Kuoni.co.uk website and phone calls from customers in addition to handling enquiries from customers in the new shops either by appointment or walk-in.
All new staff have been on a training course over the last few months in preparation for the peak turn of year booking period.
Kuoni Travel UK managing director, Derek Jones, said: “All the new stores are in great locations, which we know are a good fit for our customer base.
“We’ve recruited fantastic teams in all locations, who all have a genuine customer service background combined with many years travel between them.”
