The Greek island of Kefalonia is being added by low-cost carrier Norwegian from Gatwick.
Flights start on April 18 as the airline continues to expand internationally.
Norwegian said that Kefalonia was a destination that many UK passengers had requested.
Chief commercial officer Thomas Ramdahl said: “We see that our UK customers appreciate Norwegian’s large route network, low fares, new aircraft, free inflight Wi-Fi and friendly service on board.
“We are pleased to offer Kefalonia as a new destination from London.”
