The Travel Concept joins Advantage Managed Services

Homeworking luxury travel business The Travel Concept in Tunbridge Wells, Kent has become the latest member of Advantage Managed Services (AMS).

Owners Bianca Wassell (pictured, right) and Tracy Felstead joined AMS so they can concentrate more on their business.

They are keen to expand by offering their existing customers a greater range of products and services, and by attracting new customers.

AMS support includes back office systems and business consultancy to front office booking systems, bonding and integrated marketing campaigns.

Felstead said: “The back office system we use with AMS is much better and faster than the one we are used to; we don’t want to spend our time on administration which is why AMS is ideal for us.

“The admin, supplier payments and bonding are all taken care of by AMS so we can get on with servicing the needs of our customers and expanding our client base, using the Advantage marketing door drop and direct mail campaigns.”

She added: “We are a small business and it was important that whichever organisation we chose recognised us and talked to us on a personal level. The Advantage team is professional, they know who we are and take the time to help – just like we do with our clients.”

Advantage Travel Partnership head of business development David Moon said: “AMS is attracting a lot of interest from homeworkers and travel agents looking to retain their independence and focus on sales and marketing whilst tapping into the technology systems, bonding and supplier payments mechanism offered by the scheme.”
