Clia UK and Ireland has welcomed three new members to its executive committee.
Crystal Cruises’ Philip Ordever, Paul Ludlow of Princess Cruises, and Kathryn Beadle, UK managing director for Uniworld, have all joined the organisation’s board.
Andy Harmer, director of Clia UK and Ireland, said: “We are very fortunate to be supported by all major ocean and river cruise operators at Clia with over 50 active cruise lines in UK & Ireland membership.
“We are equally lucky to have some of the finest minds in travel participating in our Working Groups and Committees.
“These groups have been central to the success of Clia in the last few years and we greatly appreciate the commitment and energy of all of the individuals involved in helping drive the organisation forward”.
Seabourn and Holland America Line boss Lynn Narraway is chairing the board, with Giles Hawke, executive director for MSC Cruises, serving as vice chair.
As a result, Narraway has ended her tenure as chair of the PR Working Group for Clia, with P&O Cruises’ head of PR Michele Andjel taking up the position.
