The first international property from the Dukes Collection brand is to open on Palm Jumeirah.
Dukes Oceana, Dubai Hotel and Residences will be sibling to the brand’s flagship hotel Dukes London.
The hotel will be on the trunk of the palm, 10 minutes from Dubai Marina and 45 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
The plan is to add a distinctly English flavour to the city.

What stage of construction is the property at?
The building structure and exterior is complete, we are at shell and core stage and have appointed our design contractors.
How many floors does the hotel have?
Dukes Dubai will have 15 floors, including our Asian rooftop restaurant.
What are the different room types and sizes?
Our leading rooms start from a Dukes room up to our fabulous Penthouse. Room sizes start from 22sqm to over 111sqm with their own private balcony overlooking the Palm; we have 8 different room categories.
What facilities/amenities are offered in the room?
Stunning soft furnishings that breeze a classic style, our room features include an interactive flat screen TV, large writing desk, in-room safe, marble en-suite bathroom, organic toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and self-controlled air-conditioning.

The hotel will have a passion and commitment to service, Dukes bar will offer the best Martinis in town, with our afternoon tea terrace, cigar and coffee lounge will be the place to be from mid-afternoon to early evening.
