We all thought Going Places was the most up and coming travel agency with a fantastic reputation until we had the pleasure of getting a new MD.
A few things can only be mentioned or else we all face the sack. He is absolutely destroying everything we have all worked so hard for.
By stopping all staff incentives plus halving UKLGincentives and firing people who don’t agree with him is bad enough. As from now he demands we get rid of all our cleaning contractors to save money – and guess who he is expecting to clean? Us.
We really write to warn other members of the travel industry who are looking to join a large successful agency not to bother with Going Places as when we voice our opinions we are basically told to shut up or ship out.
If he doesn’t start making things right again, he will end up with a once-huge company the same size and success as Travelworld.
