InteleTravel in the UK and Ireland increased revenues by 88% last year over 2023.
The homeworking group posted revenue of £155 million – ahead of its £145 million projection, and expects to hit the £200 million mark in 2025.
Managing director Tricia Handley-Hughes said the year had kicked off well with sales in the ‘peaks’ period so far up on the same time last year, and cruise sales specifically 77% ahead.
Speaking at an event in London for its supplier partners, group chief executive James Ferrara described the UK and Ireland performance as “extraordinary” and added: “It leads the company globally.”

He told partners: “We have a growth trajectory like no one else, but this doesn’t work if it doesn’t work for both of us. We’re listening to you.”
Recently promoted president Tara Minson said: “Partnerships are vital. If a partner is struggling with something – whether that be sales of something particular, or getting uptake of training or agents onto an educational – or whatever, we can strategically help. We can move the needle so fast and we can pivot really quickly.”
She gave the example of when a cruise line was looking to achieve its biggest sales day in its history in the US and needed to make just under 1,000 bookings in a day. By using its IntelePerks scheme to put points for advisors behind each booking, the agency achieved 1,376 individual bookings “with a really strong stick rate”, she added.
IntelePerks was rolled out in the US, UK and Ireland last March, with advisors able to earn points for a range of activities from registering bookings to joining partner training webinars, or attending live education events, or earning particular commissions.
Points can be redeemed currently on luxury goods such as electronics, homeware items and fashion, but Phase 2 of the programme, to be rolled out in Q1 this year, will see advisors being able to redeem points against holidays from preferred suppliers.
InteleTravel now has 100 preferred partners in the UK.
It has also just surpassed 1,000 advisors in Ireland and is helping supplier partners break into the market.
Major Travel, which InteleTravel acquired last year, went into Ireland in Q4 2024, while Classic Collection started trading in Ireland exclusively through InteleTravel on Sunday.
Wendy Wu Tours will be the next operator to sell in Ireland through its partnership with InteleTravel.
